BOGUE MILK SOAP TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using http://boguemilksoap.com (“the Site”) operated by Bogue Milk Soap (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://boguemilksoap.com. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
We ship via UPS, UPS Express, Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail normally takes 1 to 3 days in transit, but it is not guaranteed.
UPS transit is zone and method based. You receive an estimated delivery date and a tracking link with check out. Orders placed before 11am PST for 2-Day Air will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am will ship the following business day. UPS doesn’t deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us right away. Please take photos of your package for presenting to carrier. If our packaging is the cause of damage a replacement will be sent immediately to the original shipping address.
BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
We are happy to ship packages overseas with prior payment of overseas costs and appropriate transit time.
If you need an order quickly, call us before noon at 1.805.633.0678 and we will take your order and figure out the fastest shipping options.
Changes to an order will be determined on a case by case basis, depending if the order has been shipped. If your order has already been sent to the warehouse for pulling and packing or is packed for shipment we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. Orders that are canceled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please email your changes as soon as possible to orders@boguemilksoap.com. During regular business hours (M-F 9am-4pm) you may call us at 1.805.223.0507. If you get an answering machine, please leave a message with your order number and full information about your change. Be sure to leave your phone number and we will return your call same day.

We do not have a minimum order amount and you are welcome to order as little, or as much, as you want.
If you live in California we are obligated to charge sales tax. If your business address is California and you are purchasing for resale we will need your resale number on file.
Returns are accepted on most unused items in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping, duties and taxes are at customer’s expense. Returns should be addressed to

POLICIES
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, GIFTCARDS, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return and receive a full or partial refund, you must return/ship the products back to be inspected, any shipping or fees associated with returning may or may not be refunded after the merchandise is received depending on the reason or circumstances of the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to a third party reseller or distributor. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a restocking fee will be deducted:
- Obvious signs of use.
- Packaging or safety seals that have been broken when return issue is not due to the contents.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items whose contents are as described but returned due to purchasers error or personal preferences
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at boguemilksoap@gmail.com.
Sale items, Gifts or exchanges
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boguemilksoap@gmail.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Making the return:
When you return your product, you should mail your product to: Bogue Milk Soap Inc 5960 Valentine Rd STE2 Ventura, CA 93003. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, depending on if you paid the cost of the original shipping, those costs may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
While we strive to keep all of our items in stock at all times, we sometimes may run out of items. We will put these out-of-stock items on the web site as soon as possible. However, if you place an order and an item is out of stock we will refund for item and process your order. You will be notified by email and/or packing slip regarding the out of stock item. If you would like a replacement item instead of a refund, please let us know in your order notes. If you prefer held for an out of stock item please place notify us in your order and we will contact you with expected availability.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal as well as money orders. Orders paid with personal checks will not be shipped until checks have cleared.

If your card is declined, Bogue Milk Soap will send an email for correction. Often it is due to an incorrect address or security code and is a simple correction.
When an order is completed on our site we use an automated email service to gather shop and product reviews. Review reminders are sent via an independent service called CusRev. By placing an order on our site you consent to the possibility of receiving an invitation to review their order. We use these reviews to improve the quality of our products and appreciate your feedback.
